Ryan Sessegnon has rejoined on a two-year after his previous deal with Tottenham expired. The 24-year-old, who originally moved from Fulham to Spurs in August 2019 for £25 million, will stay at Craven Cottage until 2026, with the option of an additional year.

Sessegnon, a former Fulham academy player, faced a series of hamstring during his time at Tottenham, resulting in 57 appearances for the club.

"It's amazing to be back. Emotional, as well," said Sessegnon. "It's where it started for me, where everything began. It will always be home for me. I think it had the feeling that it was meant to be, coming back here, so I'm delighted to get it done."

In his previous tenure at Fulham, Sessegnon made 120 senior appearances, scoring 25 goals and providing 18 assists. During his time at Tottenham, he was loaned to German club Hoffenheim for the 2020-21 season.

Sessegnon's return to Fulham is the first signing of the summer for manager Marco Silva. The club is also continuing negotiations for Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe after their initial bid was declined.
